Beginner Level (0-1 years) |
In the beginner level of training, much of the focus will be on acquiring the basic wushu skills as well as building flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Basic elements will consist of low stances, quick stretch kicks, and precise hand movements. These elements are the foundation of the wushu curriculum, and will be essential for the execution of forms. By the end of one year, you will have learned at least two beginner forms, and should be capable of executing most basic combinations quickly and fluidly.

Intermediate Level (1-3 years) |
In the intermediate level of training, you will be introduced to more difficult routines including compulsory empty hand and weaponsplay. Difficulty elements, including jumping kick variations, and aerials will also be introduced. Competition at the intermediate level will require consistently strong execution of these difficulty elements.

Advanced Level |
At this level of training, you should be able to execute almost any difficulty with ease, and have a strong repertoire of compulsory forms under your belt. If you wish to step up your level of competition, you will have the option of creating your own individual forms (modified compulsory forms) that would emphasize your strengths, and particularly highlight your best difficulties. |
